Jacksonville's Trusted Sliding Door Specialists Since 2014
Founded on one clear idea: give homeowners honest, professional, and dependable sliding door service.
WeFix Sliding Doors was founded in 2014 with a clear vision: to provide Jacksonville homeowners with honest, professional, and dependable sliding door service.
The company began after recognizing a common problem in the industry. Too many homeowners were being told to replace an entire sliding door when the real issue could often be solved with the right repair. Worn rollers, damaged tracks, poor alignment, broken locks, and faulty handles can make a good door feel completely unusable—but that does not always mean the entire door needs to be replaced.
We believed Jacksonville deserved a better approach.
Our philosophy has always been simple: inspect the complete door system, identify the actual cause of the problem, and recommend the solution that makes the most sense for the customer. Whenever a door can be safely and reliably repaired, we focus on restoring it and helping the customer avoid an unnecessary replacement.
Honest Recommendations and Professional Service
Trust is the foundation of our work.
We provide clear explanations and straightforward recommendations without pushing customers toward work they may not need. Our goal is to solve the problem correctly while respecting the customer's home, time, and budget.
Professionalism is reflected in every part of our service—from communication and scheduling to the inspection, repair, adjustment, and final testing of the door. We work efficiently without sacrificing attention to detail because a fast repair is only valuable when it is completed properly.
Built for Jacksonville's Conditions
Florida's heat, humidity, salt air, sand, moisture, and frequent storms can be especially demanding on sliding doors. Over time, rollers may wear down or corrode, tracks can become damaged, locks and handles may fail, and doors can become heavy, noisy, or difficult to operate.
Since 2014, we have developed extensive experience with the sliding door problems commonly found in Jacksonville and throughout Northeast Florida.
We repair sliding glass doors and patio doors in homes, condominiums, apartments, rental properties, and commercial locations. Our services include roller replacement, track repair, lock and handle repair, door alignment, off-track repair, frame-related work, and complete sliding door installation when replacement is truly necessary.
Serving Jacksonville and the Surrounding Communities
Jacksonville is our primary service area and the heart of our company.
We also serve surrounding Northeast Florida communities within approximately a 70-mile radius. Whether the property is near the coast, in the center of Jacksonville, or in one of the surrounding communities, our goal is to provide the same dependable workmanship and honest customer service.
Repair whenever possible. Replace only when necessary.
We arrive prepared, carefully inspect the door, explain what we find, and recommend a practical solution — always an honest solution that protects the customer's home, time, and budget.
